Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Digital Detox Music Cafe. We're passionate about getting your vinyl and music merch to you safely and on time. Please read the following to understand how we handle shipping.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer the following estimated delivery windows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped from Kuna, Idaho.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@digitaldetoxshoppe.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please save all packaging materials and take photos of any damage.
